So, I'm an expat from abroad and have been living in the Russian Federation coming up on about four years now. There is just one thing that I can't quite grasp;

What is everyone constantly drilling in their flats here?

I have lived in three different flats since arriving, and have been to friends homes, visited other cities, towns within the country - and its simply bewildering to me that no matter where or when, someone is always drilling some shit into their walls next door or in the floor above. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU PEOPLE DRILLING FOR YEARS ON END? WHAT DO YOU HAVE AGAINST PEACE & QUIET???????

Итак, примерно с полгода назад я познакомился с девчонкой в сети (Discord) мы общались с ней, она заходила ко мне на сервачок.
И вот в один из дней мы разговорились как-то больше обычного и я узнал неприятные подробности её жизни:

1. Я узнал, что она живёт в Германии (переехала с приёмной семьей)
2. У неё нет родственников.
3. Её с 9-10 лет насилует её отчим (давно в этой семье)
4. У отчима явно беды с кукухой (западает на др. мелких девчонок)

Вопрос, двач, как ей можно помочь будучи в другой стране?
Любые онлайн-службы, куда можно будет обратиться для того, чтобы этот ад для неё прекратился, любые средства/кто-то местный кто может подать заявление в полицию и прочие структуры.

Т.к. сама она очень сильно его боиться, он запугал её некими "связями" и тем, что она бессильна перед ним, ну тут я думаю всё явно непросто т.к. человека грубо
говоря программировали и запугивали с детства, её просто сковывает страх перед ним, этому мужику 40+ лет, он под два метра ростом, а мозгов в голове нихуя нет, к сожалению я физически ничего не могу сделать и не знаю как ей помочь, а этот ублюдок считает себя всесильным, потому что чувствует безнаказанность, даже в личной переписке со мной он чувствовал себя вальяжно и уверенно, что ему ничего не сделают.
